An organic Greek salad flavored with hospitality and kindness.

Easy, sustainable and delicious as the gods demand.

"Happy to receive and entertain guests" is the right phrase to describe the Greek people.

Our great adventure began in Orestiada north of Greece, where kindness is the important ingredient of this story.

The protagonists of this small but exemplary story shows us that a sustainable and healthy life is possible together with passion.

Sofia is actually a fan of literature and a great writer who has already published a successful book. The book is called "To Timima" which means "The price". It is only available in Greek, so if you speak that wonderful language this book is recommended. Otherwise, it is never too late to learn something new.

Note: We recommend, because Ioanna (Banana) is Greek and she already read it.

Soon Sofia will release the second part of the book, that will be surely as good as the first.

Of course, she and her husband Christo spend a lot of time in the garden and take care of it together. They produce a lot of fruits and vegetables to enjoy during harvest time, but also to provide for the winter. Using traditional methods like making pickles, marmalades, sauces they fill the cellar step by step. But also very happy to share with their treasures with family, friends and neighbours.

"The time that one person gives us, is the real treasure," "Pescao's (Andrés) Grandpa" used to say. And it was like that, we had spent wonderful days with them. From the beginning we felt like home and it is always an honour for us to share a dinner with such wonderful people. They are very happy to share their recipe, "A Greek salad" with you. Before we started, we found all delicious ingredients in the garden. We are also very happy to pass that classy dish to you too.
